I love Dr. Rana! I have going to her for years and she has always been very thorough, informative and patient.
It does take awhile to get through on the phone but a small price to pay. It is also a bonus that she takes shifts in the walk-in clinic so you can access her or one of the other doctors in the office anytime it is open.
I would recommend for sure!

Worst doctor experience I've ever had. Showed zero interest with statements like "I have lots of appointments today" when I tried to get more info. Would not recommend her to anyone. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.

I have never met a doctor who makes a situation actively worse by leaving her patients feeling totally uncared for.

I have had Dr. RANA for years. She does not show any sort of care for her patients. She doesn’t follow up with important tests and she tries to push drugs when there could be other potential solutions to problems. She takes off every summer and a lot of time during the winter, she is near to impossible to get an appointment with. When she does go on vacation she sometimes does not have a doctor to cover her.

Please, if you are thinking about going to Dr.RANA, DONT.

I have never had a doctor that has you sit in a chair and she sits at the computer and only talks never checks anything

Dr. Rana is fabulous! She takes her time with me on all in person visits. Very thorough. When I was recuperating following surgeries, she would call me at home to check on my well being. It does take some time to get through to the office but there are bigger issues in the world to worry about. Barbara & Victoria work very hard.

Dr. Rana appears to know her stuff. She sadly lacks is in the communication department. I found her to be very judgemental and arrogant, but it didn't offend me - a family doctor is not my friend. I can see why others would take issue with her attitude. It stinks! Good for knowledge, but zero for bedside manner. She must not be a very happy person, which is a shame for an attractive and successful doctor with many more years to go in her career. Smile Dr. Rana! It could do you some good.

My family and I are extremely disappointed with the care provided by Dr Rana. She keeps her patients waiting for hours, she does not follow up with test results and she does not appear to care very much about her patients. We absolutely DO NOT recommend.

She a terrific family physician, It's frustrating trying to get an appointment or a prescription filled but otherwise a good experience.
