My husband and I have been going to Dr. Okolie at Riverpointe Medical Centre in Fort Saskatchewan for the last 14 months and we cannot say enough good about him, as well as for his clinic, including his receptionist, Jesssica. We are always treated in a friendly and respected manner. Dr. O'Kolie communicates well, he is caring and he listens to his patients. He makes his patients feel comfortable and free to ask questions.
Dr. Okolie, himself, is a kind man and he is an extremely knowledgeable Dr. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good Dr. who puts his patients and their heath concerns first. He is honest and sincere and we are blessed to have such a person as our Family Physician. It allows us to feel confident in the care we receive.

Dr. Francis Okolie demonstrates a medical professionalism that is unmatched by many other doctors. I have worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician for 7 years, and have worked with countless doctors. Few take the time or effort to truly effect positive outcomes regarding the long term health of an individual. He values his contribution to such goals, and humbly remains an individual when he invites a person in to follow up on tests results. Furthermore, there is no hesitation on his part in sending patients that require specialists when dealing with health problems.

Jessica the receptionist is an outgoing individual that demonstrates a professionalism and I know that she is a key part to the operation of the clinic. Her mannerisms on the phone or in person show that she belongs with Dr. Okolie office. They both are "Cut from the same Cloth".

One more thing Lawrence the pharmacist and his staff also excel in the contributions to our health. He is extremely knowledgeable. No one in my opinion does a better job than all personnel working out of Dr.
Okolie's office. My family is truly blessed to have these people looking after us.

Dr. Okolie is a very knowledgeable and personable physician and we feel truly blessed to be his patients. I have seen him for a variety of issues over the past few years and he is always willing to investigate fully and/or refer to specialists as needed to get to the root of the problem. He is quite open-minded in terms of treatment and truly has a patient-aimed approach to any interventions. His medical office assistant Jessica is also wonderful; very quick to assist where she can and always professional and pleasant.

We are fortunate to be one of Dr. Okolie's first families. We knew from the start that he is a kind, caring, compassionate doctor who gives us his full attention. We are respected and listened to, and feel like we are part of our medical teams. Dr. Okolie doesn't hesitate to refer us to specialists if he feels things are out of his scope, and he keeps up with the results so he knows what is happening before you arrive. He is very efficient.

Dr. Okolie's colleague, Jessica, is incredible. An exceptional medical office manager not only handles patients with ease and grace, she keeps the office running like a well oiled machine. She enables her coworker to better manage his time and patients. Jessica is great with booking times. We briefly let us know what is happening, and she books an appointment shortly. In the few times we have had an emergency, she somehow squeezes us into a slot. Sometimes Dr. Okolie will run a little late. I don't mind when it occasionally happens as I know he'll spend extra time with me, if needed, as well.

Dr. Okolie is rated #1 out of 35 G.P.s in Fort Saskatchewan and those who are fortunate enough to be his patients know why.

Dr. Okolie has been our family Doctor since 2018, we never change after we have found him from our friends recommendation too. He is very into details in explaining with our health issues and concerns. He took time to listen to us thus, we don't feel he is rushing our appointments. He also answers our phone calls and gave immediate recommendation regarding our health concerns even after his clinic hours this gave us peace and relieve and we don't need to run emergency and waited longer hours. Overall, he is very friendly and approachable with smiling face and selfless service. A complete package of intelligence and human values.

I have been seeing Dr. O for a number of years now, and he has helped line me up with specialists to help with my mental health issues while keeping tabs on me throughout the process to help me along in my recovery. He has made himself available on very short notice to help me with medications, and has always been correct in his diagnoses with my physical ailments. Dr O has been a life saver and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever used, I would recommend him to any of my friends and will continue to see him as long as he is in practice. A doctor this good doesn’t come around often. Thank you Dr Okolie!

Been seeing this doctor for a while now. While he is a good doctor who knows what he's talking about. He also refuses to diagnose mental illness even when it is obvious. I was denied a questionnaire and sent to another doctor. But that's a physician's job to diagnose..

I visited Dr Okolie first in Ft. Sask., and again in Bon Accord, both visits were prompt, professional & very personable, I find him knowledgeable & caring, he booked me for testing & colonoscopies which were completed in a timely manner with no incidents. I would recommend him with the highest regards so please Do Not send him to Ontario 😱
