Dr Evan’s is amazing!! She transformed my smile days before Christmas, she went above and beyond she’s amazing!! My teeth look amazing! Her staff is SO helpful!

We have always had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Rector at this facility, but when he wasn't available...my son was booked with Dr. Evans. He had a cleaning and returned for a recommended filling. After the filling he experienced much sensitivity.dr. Evans gave a prescription for antibiotics, but when the sensitivity turned to severe pain, she didn't return our calls. He had to go to the hospital and was put on pain killers, missing two days of work. We were told on the following Monday that he now needed a Root canal or extraction and that neither would be covered by Dr Evans.... even though there had been no prior issue with the tooth. We asked for an appointment for an emergency extraction and were told no sooner than the 19th of May, even though he was suffering and missing work. I have never heard of or experienced this with a dentist before. Any dentist I have ever dealt with has immediately taken care of any issue concerning their work on a patient. We are now stressed trying to find another dentist to take care of her mess. Dr. Evans, you should be ashamed of your unprofessionalism and lack of empathy or compassion for your patients. This experience says so much about who you are as a professional and even more about who you are as a human being. Disgusting !!!
