After knee surgery I was left with permanent nerve damage. He pinched a nerve by improper placement of my leg. I told him about it immediately after surgery but he kept saying it would go away. He offered no advise or suggestions. I found out by going to a neurologist. Five years later I am still having problems.

Dr. Yarbrough has replaced both of my knees over the past three years. The surgery process was a very smooth. From the education in the beginning all the way through my recovery and follow up. He is a very personable doctor and takes his time to make sure you know the whole process. Both surgeries went well and the healing process takes a while but after that first week it is just learning to rehab yourself with the help of professionals. I was very pleased with Dr. Yarbrough and his whole staff.

I had my right knee replaced by Dr. Yarbrough on 11/5/18 and my left knee on 11/26/18. I did a lot of research on this procedure and the doctors who specialized in it. I made the right decision in picking him and I would do it again and would recommend him to anyone who is thinking about having this done. All my questions were answered and any concerns that I had were immediately addressed. All the nurses and everyone who is on his staff, were friendly, professional and took the time to answer my questions. I hope that I will never need my replaced again, but if I do, I know that I will being going back to him. I couldn’t be any more pleased with Dr. Yarbrough, his staff and everyone at Resurgens. I had used other doctors at Resurgens for different injuries and I have always been treated well. They have doctors there to treat everything from head to toe. If I knew my operations would have gone this well, I would have done them sooner instead of living with the pain for years. Now I am finally pain free, thanks to Dr. Yarbrough and Resurgens.

How many Resurgens doctors does it take to diagnose a fracture? Zero. After a fall, Yarbrough said I had a pulled muscle and needed to increase my core strength. It didn't feel stable, so I asked if I could have a gluteal MRI before I started therapy. He said no, after 4 weeks of exercises I could get an elective lumbar MRI. The next Resurgens doctor did a lumbar MRI. The radiologist said the bit of sacrum he saw was broken. New doctor offered a lumbar injection, even though no lumbar impingement was found. She refused further imaging. My family doctor finally ordered a pelvic MRI based on the radiologists recommendation, which (surprise!) showed fractures on both sides of the sacrum. These doctors are literally unbelievable.

I went to Dr. Yarbrough for a hip replacement. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the nature with which you are greeted……..very professional but also very personal.
Met with the staff to go through all of the pre op testing, x-rays etc. Then surgery was scheduled.
Having the hip replacement done by Dr. Yarbrough was probably one of the best decisions in my life. He and his team gave me my life back. I no longer have chronic hip pain and am back to activities I use to do years and years ago…..and now without pain.
The only think I can say about Dr. Yarbrough is AWESOME !!!!

I had a total hip replacement 3 weeks ago with excellent results. Dr. Yarbrough is FANTASTIC and I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent surgeon and I am very lucky to have found him. D. Duncan

Dr. Yarbrough is an excellent surgeon. I had a hip replacement three weeks (7/25/2016) ago and everything went as planned. Dr. Yarbrough did a wonderful job. My recovery has been quick with little pain. The incision to install the replace joint has healed so quickly with very little scaring. Dr. Yarbrough bedside manner is great. I would recommend him to anyone who is requiring a hip replacement. You will be very glad you chose him.
