when my doctor retired, i inherited Danny. another physician has since taken over.
during the time he was my doctor, he spent the time and even caught something life threatening on a routine physical. not sure where the other comments are coming from, but he has always been very personable and humble. i wish him all the best

I inherited Danny Chan when my orger doctor retired.
At first I thought we struck gold.
After a year or so I found stupid irresponsible things in my records. Bad enough that he could be reported to the college for.
He also managed to insult and anger my wife enough that she changed doctors.
I did the same as did my son.
Just remembering this arrogant little fool angers mr

It seems Dr. Chan has been away for at least 2-3 months & office staff has no info: on when he will be back or if he will be back ? Although he is a good Dr. I don't know if I should be looking for a new G.P.

Customer Service is just not the same as my previous doctor of 40+ years. Dr. Danny Chan and staff are very personable; and friendly, however, making appointments and getting to talk to Dr. Chan is difficult when we need medical help. Responses to phone calls usually takes more 7 to 15 days to get a response to phone calls. The Voice message tells patients not to leave messages. I get frustrated after several tries and end up leaving a message out of frustration. Dr. Chan goes on long leaves and patients are not notified. Dr. Chan where are you now? Communication from your office staff would have been nice.

I also do not believe the negative comments. I find Dr. Chan to be personable and caring. He follows up on health problems my partner and I have had. He is also the best family doctor I have had in 83 years. In my opinion he rates 5 stars!!!

I can't believe the negative remarks about Dr. Chan, my wife & I have been going to Dr. Chan since my other Dr. retired, he is very kind courteous & very knowledgeable, he will always go the extra mile sending us for tests & Xrays just to be sure & following up with us either for a office visit or by phone. He is by far the best family Dr. I have had in 72 years, not to mention the office staff that are always VERY pleasant & helpful. Again I was shocked to see any negative comments about Dr. Chan.

Unsure where the previous reviewers are coming from. Dr Chan is patient and caring with my children, and has gone the extra mile to call me and my husband on his off-hours when we had outstanding health issues. He is pleasant and responsible.

Very stuck up and cold. Clearly has a chauvinistic attitude towards female patients.

Dismissive. Arrogant. Superiority Complex. Did not bother on checking on the report to see issue. How would he perform a proper assessment with that kind of attitude.
