I just had a vasectomy done yesterday and he was very informative and made the procedure very comfortable and professional. He obviously did a great job because I have very minimal discomfort and pain.

I have been seeing in person and on the phone with Dr Samarasekera, have had great dealings with him for my issues. I have never had any problems with his staff other than my own mistakes, which is no problem of the staff. I would totally recomend him to anyone.

Could’ve been a good doctor but his front desk staff is the absolute worst. Difficult and hard to communicate with and I’d rather not deal with her sh*t.

This Dr could not call me as my phone "does not accept blocked numbers"...never heard of that. No one else has ever had that issue with me. The office didn't bother calling to tell me they tried. Absolutely pathetic. Don't use a blocked number, get better staff to call if you can not get a hold of me. Tried to get arrange another appointment at a later date....going to my GP to go to a more professional Urologist

Worst receptionist in the field She should be retired from the work force and a shame to be the important frontline person representing such a fine doctor in town. I am 73 years old.; was scheduled three months ago for a phone appointment with the doctor for bleeding issues. Unfortunately, my phone was muted when the doctor called and the call was missed. When I called back 20 minutes later apologized for my mistake and asking to speak to the doctor, the receptionist declined to relate my message and insisted that I had to wait again till Feb 2021 to receive another phone consultation with the doctor. I admitted to her it was my mistake and asked for an earlier appointment . My refusal unfortunately came with a nasty remark that it was entirely my problem and I am the only one held responsible. I acknowledged it was my error but my further request to the receptionist for an an earlier consultation was met with further abuse that it was my problem and I should ensure that my phone is unmuted in February. Before she hanged up the phone, she accused me of raising my voice and denied to pick up my phone again, For sure I apologize for my mistake but I feel so sorry for the doctor with such a rude and Unsympathetic receptionist. God bless her.

Dr. Samarasekera is the best urologist around! His bedside manner cant be beat and not being a fan of doctors as they always poke and prod you he is the only one I am a huge fan of! I cant say enough good things about him!

What a sh*t show! I've been his patient for a year now and still struggling with my condition. I've never met the guy! poor communication, no sense of due care and i'm sorry to say, very unprofessional. My appointments are constantly moved around without giving me a plausible cause. Now, its either I take the date that doesnt work for me or wait till spring next year! Its a shame that I have to move doctors, I had heard good things about Dr Sam, but unfortunately they didn't pan out for me. I cant recommend this place.

Great doctor but terrible front desk staff, no sense of communication at all, extremely rude and don’t care at all! It’s really a shame that due to his staff, such a great doctor could be rated 1 less !
