I became a patient of Dr. Li a couple of years ago. I find Dr. Li to be kind and caring , she takes the time to talk with you, explain things and answer questions. I suffered a very debilitating complication from a previous surgery (not performed by Dr. Li) and Dr. Li took me on as her patient and never gave up on trying to find a solution. This past February, Dr. Li performed surgery on me and repaired all the damage done. I needed one more surgery to reverse the ileostomy I had lived with for 2 years and in August that happened. The surgery went perfectly, no complications at all. I cannot find the words to thank Dr. Li enough. I am forever grateful to her for giving me my life back. Also, her MOA Sarah is the most wonderful person. She was so kind and patient with me as well as offering me a little emotional support when needed! When you are scared and have to endure surgery, it means everything to have someone like Sarah on your team.

I had surgeon with Dr. Li in May 2020. I was during Covid 19. She was very kind. Things did not go as well as they should have, but through no fault of hers . I really appreciated her honesty and compassion. I trust her completely. I am a health care provider, so I am not easily impressed. Some are nice but not great at what they do She has it all. You would be very lucky to have her care for you. I am very grateful. Thanks Dr. Li!

Dr. Li performed a colonoscopy and a right ascending colectomy on me in February, 2020. The colectomy removed the very beginnings of an invasive Adenocarcinoma. Fortunately, the results were good and I am now on my way to a full recovery.
I’d like to take the time to thank Dr. Li and her dedicated team in both my colonoscopy & colectomy. They were fantastic. I would also like to thank Sarah, Dr. Li’s MOA. She was very helpful and a joy to deal with.
In January I had a PET scan done at BC Cancer. Once these results were known, Dr. Li, along with Dr. Chuck Wen, got on my case very quickly. The colonoscopy & colectomy were completed in a very short period of time. As anyone who has dealt with cancer knows, time is of the essence.
I can’t thank Dr. Li enough for her professionalism and dedication. I also found her to be very thoughtful and compassionate. She even called me after hours to give me the good news on my colectomy report. It gave me the feeling that she works tirelessly towards achieving the best results for her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.
