Dr. Chark is soft spoken and very patient when it comes to having multiple concerns. He answered all my questions and the appropriate testing was done. As for the office itself, I was confused if I was even at the right place as it seems like a beauty place. Being a patient there to see the doctor I feel I was not treated as pleasantly by the staff.

Dr. Chark is absolutely wonderful. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me answers that I was waiting months for. Highly recommend and so glad he was the specialist I was referred to.

Found Dr. Chark gentle and quiet. Did his examination and then had to break the bad news to us . Showed us the MRI. Then patiently answered all the questions we could think of. Has to refer us to Edmonton.

This doctor shouldn't be a specialist at all. He didn't even look at my son and had a very bad attitude. Stated that he "doesn't know what's wrong" with my son and then left the room deciding the appointment was over. I Waited five months for this appointment when really I wish I would have seen a real doctor. Be warned!

Dr. Chark knows all the answers without doing any tests, and if you question that you can expect him to become indignantly indifferent to you and your concerns. After seeing Dr Chark I went back to my family doctor and told her I refused to see him again, to find me another ENT, even if that meant going to Edmonton. She then referred me to Dr Delacruz who did one simple test (which led to other tests) and found out what the root of my problems was which we are now successfully treating. If Dr Chark didin't know everything he might have done that one test too but...... I wouldn't waste my time with Dr Chark, unless you like wasting your time!

Got my tonsils removed everything seemed fine until I woke up the next day to find my tongue had been burnt in several large places so not only dose my throat hurt. My tongue is swollen and in tremendous pain. I can't talk at all.

Have a very bad problem with my hearing down to 10% Its now november and they told me MAY is the earliest ????
