Dr. Mancherje always seems to run late, but once he arrives I have his full attention and he never rushes me. I am always willing to wait for him because I have been the reason he was late.

I waited an hour and 15 minutes and was no where near seeing him. No one told me he was running late. No one said anything to me. I checked at 30 minutes and was told it should be soon. I checked again 45 minutes later and was told there were two patients ahead of me. All patients in waiting room had been taken to the back and office staff started going home. I felt like a second class citizen. I left with tears in my eyes. I didn't see the doctor and will not go back as I know not all offices are like this. Sad. Truly sad. The only thing I came away knowing was I was not important to these people. I did though get to hear about their vacations, pets, and they lowered their voices when they were discussing me and why I wouldn't reschedule. I also left work early so I could respect their time and not be late. I sincerely wish that sentiment had been reciprocated.

I've been seeing Dr. Mancherje for at least six years and love having him as my doctor. He is caring and patient and takes the time to really listen to me. He remembers my medical issues and is concerned about me as a whole person. He recently moved his practice to be by Northbay Hospital; and the new office is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Mancherje saved my life! After a massive heart attack, he continued to see me until my heart was back to as normal as if would get. That was eight years ago. No problems since.
