I don't mind if a doc is late seeing you, as that usually means they don't rush their patients out the door. But she definitely ALWAYS rushes me out the door (even if my 15 minutes isn't up yet) and I always get the feeling that I am too much of a hassle for her. That is the way she makes me feel. I don't know if she just has too many patients or what, but I do NOT feel listened to or cared for. Other than all that, she's OK. The staff are OK, not overly friendly, but not rude. The music they play in the office sucks.

Dr Buchanan is absolutely excellent. Trust her completely. Very knowledgeable. Always listens. Always fitted in my children when they were young and needed to be seen same day. If appointments run late, it's because she's helping someone, or has fit in a child who had to be seen.

Cynthia is down to earth, caring and kind. Could not rate Cynthia higher. Some issues surrounding punctuality but this is to be expected when working in a busy clinic
