My multi nodular goitre had been under surveillance for many years through FNA's, scans etc. When it came to the point where the pressure of my thyroid was impacting on my breathing I was referred to Mr Hari. It was time to take action - a partial thyroidectomy was on the horizon. Mr Hari explained the whole procedure to me and fully addressed any concerns.
The night before my operation I naturally felt anxious and nearly had second thoughts. I'm so very glad I didn't. From the moment I entered Princess Royal Hospital Telford, and subsequently Ward 8, I knew I was in good hands. Every member of staff treated me with the utmost care, compassion and professionalism. Any concerns or questions, no matter how seemingly trivial, were answered - nothing was too much trouble.
I have made a wonderful recovery thanks to Mr Hari and his superb team on Ward 8.

My condition was chronic loss of sense of smell from nasal polyps and septal deviation. I chose Mr hari because of his profile on the website, namely his interest in smell disorders. At the initial consultation, I found him to be empathetic, listened closely to me, and propsed a way ahead. His examination revealed the septal deviation, which i was unaware of (despite previous NHS consultations about my problem). He explained to me the entire procedure that would be undertaken during surgery. On the morning of the surgery, he was supportive and calming and I felt very re-assured and confident in his surgerical abilities. The operation went smoothly and he gave me advice on what to expect post-operation, and gave me his private phone number to contact him should there be a need to talk to him. I returned for the post-operation consultation three weeks later. Once again, Mr Hari was supportive and re-assuring to me. He was pleased that I had recovered very well and we both agreed that the surgery had been a success. I highly recommend Mr Hari for anyone who has a condition similar to mine.

I was quite nervous and concerned at my appointment. Dr Hari met me with kindness and expertise, most importantly the advice he gave to take with me has helped and my throat is improving! His follow up approach has been encouraging and reassuring. I will be happy to see him again.

Very friendly doctor who takes time to explain any procedures thoroughly and always checks you understand what is going to take place. Always has time for you. Will go the extra mile by helping with insurance problems . Excellent communication through Vicky (secretary). Just under gone a partial thyroid removal and felt very calm and informed before during and after the operation. All together a super doctor who spends time putting your mind at ease. MD.

Dr Hari was very understanding and felt at ease and explain what I was suffering. I have been suffering for 13 Months and not seen any Doctor. He diagnosed me with Behigh Postioal Vertigo did a Epley Manoeuvre . I can’t recommend him enough.

Mr Hari gave excellent advice, treatment and was very attentive and explained everything to me and if I didn't get it the first time he would explain it again. Nothing was too much trouble. He was always available at the end of the phone or by email if I needed to ask anything. I can't recommend him enough. He was brilliant!
