Poor bedside manner, was rude and dismissive. Had to have a second colonoscopy as Dr. Zroback failed to take biopsies from the correct areas. His receptionist never forwarded the results to the gastroenterologist, so I went a month suffering from terrible symptoms. The receptionist can’t multi task and gets overwhelmed very easily. Overall, terrible experience, my disease worsened because of the inactions of this office.

Felt that there should’ve been a female in the room for examination. Was not offered a gown. I was told to put my pants around my ankle’s, Was offered paper towel to wipe my bum after the procedure. Was not offered hand hygiene and I don’t believe I saw him perform hand hygiene either. Overall, I think there should be a gown when you need to disrobe on the bottom part of your body.

Dr. Zroback did my vasectomy in May 2022. I couldn’t believe how quickly the procedure went and how little pain I felt afterward. Will be recommending him to my other dad friends with vasectomies in their near future.

I had a colonoscopy last week and was very frightened. Dr Zroback was true to his word. Never felt a thing. He is a lovely Dr and his MOA is also a helpful nice person

I find most doctors have terrible bedside manner these days and MOAs just terrible. Dr.Zroback made me feel totally at ease and his staff was so so so friendly! I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Zroback

Dr Zroback is a great surgeon. He conducted both colonoscopy and appendectomy for me. Before the procedure/surgery, he and his staff/nurses gave me very clear instructions. The procedure/surgery were very successful and I recovered very well. After the surgery, Dr Zroback called me to inform the results of pathology tests, and asked me for any concerns. I highly recommend Dr Zroback.

Arrogant and and dismissive. Came up with a rare diagnosis after only talking with me for a few minutes. Did not listen to all of my symptoms and dismissed my concerns that I had cancer. Told me my condition was nonemergent even though I had already lost 20% of my body weight and could barely swallow fluids. Told not to bother going to emergency but instead wait for a confirmatory test over 2 months away. Ended up having to go to emergency as I was literally starving to death and was diagnosed with advanced cancer within a few days after waiting months just for a telephone consult.
