Saw Dr. Bao on an emergency basis. He was thorough in examination and explanation of all options. Very easy to talk to and I felt that every attempt was make to put me at ease in a difficult situation. Very patient oriented. Would absolutely recommend Dr. Bao. Support staff were all helpful.

Before starting a root canal, Dr. Bao explained the procedure and was willing to answer any lingering questions. Throughout the procedure he would ask if I was doing okay. His concern helped keep me at ease.
