Really gets on top of your health issues and is very very caring and helpful

I "went" to Dr. Friesen for 5 years slowly because finding another doctor is extremely hard. I even went through the province and they said they don't recommend I leave her because of all the great reviews she has. I would say otherwise. I put the quotes around went because I only went to her in moments that I ABSOLUTELY needed something like a refill on meds (which I am been prescribed since I was a child, this was not her discovery). Any time I brought concerns I was quickly shut down and was told that it wasn't a problem. I have had rising health concerns ever since I had been going to her but she told me to just take Advil. When asked if I could be referred to specialists, I was also shut down. I have been disappointed time and time to the point where I cry in my car beside I start thinking that I am the one going crazy and my symptoms aren't real. Words can't describe the pain she has caused me and the trauma she has caused.

Dr. Friesen has been my primary Doctor for a few years. Always helpful, always listens, and always caring. I would highly recommend her.

I've been seeing Dr Brittany Friesen for over 3 years now. She is one of the most supportive and postive Doctors in Winnipeg, MB. She is incredibly respectful, resourceful and supportive for any medical or mental health needs. Highly recommend her for general medicine.

Dr. Friesen is an amazing MD. She is friendly and helpful, and she is willing to help with so many problems. She helped me through a lot of health problems and doesn’t make me feel guilty for asking for more testing or enquire about new treatments. She’s such a great doctor, I never feel worried about her expertise.

I found Dr. Friesen through the “Find A Doctor” program a few years ago and I’m so lucky I did! Easy to get an appointment, the front reception staff is lovely, and she’s so punctual! Even early if you are! She’s quick but very thorough and addresses all your concerns. I’m so fortunate to have found her. Great physician!

Was referred to this doctor by Manitoba Health two years ago after moving to the province. Have tried several times to make an appointment. The answering service for the clinic either do not answer, do not return messages, or when they do they tell me the doctor is not available for over a month and they won't book me with another physician until I've met with my primary physician. This has happened three times now. I still have not met this doctor who is supposed to be my family physician. Instead I am using various walk in clinics. So much for continuity of care. I can't even rate knowledge beyond her knowledge of my own personal health which is nil at this point.

Dr. Brittney Friesen has been my family doctor for the past few years. She is supportive, compassionate, understanding, and really takes time to listen to what you have to say about every aspect of your health. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr.Friesen has been very helpful and knowledgeable. She’s been my doctor for a few years and she’s amazing and helps with all my concerns with no judgement. She started being my doctor when i was a teenager and helped me through every issue growing up as a teen age girl.
