My soon to be ex dentist kept asking for more and more money for fillings which needed or did not need to be done and worried about teeth grinding I never knew I was doing .
Despite my main concern of a cracked wisdom tooth that needed coming out and was the whole reason I visited him months ago .
He kept ignoring it until I spent weeks with been able to touch anything cold
We realised he lacked the skill for extractions when my wife was told she needed her molar extracted by a oral surgeon by him and a friend who registered at his practice said same thing
We tried micmac dental in hope we could get someone to do it
We got quick emergency appointments
Dr Mackenzie came in and 30 minutes later the job is done no pain and fast!
She is so skilled and my wife is looking forward to her doing her dental work this weekend
I been trying to get the former dentist to do it since April !
Staff were all nice and I am moving my whole family over

The absolute worst. Brittany is kind enough with her patients; however, if you are looking for competence, she is not the doctor for you. She messed up on both of my daughters’ oral care over a period of time, which costed me a fortune in braces for the two of them. Things which should have been picked up in early on were not despite our routine visits. Two different major issues, a boat load of cash for remediation. I had sought second opinions and legal advice and could very well sue her for her mistakes but I’d rather not waste my time and have moved on from her nightmare services. When I contacted the office to speak to her of my concerns, she did not bother to return the call and had her assistant call back with transfer information. She couldn’t care less of losing the business. Be AWARE. Basic dental care is fine, anything major you will run the risk of her not picking up on it or properly fixing the issue.

Did not properly diagmose my problem but immediately said I needed a root canal and a crown. This was from the assistant before the Doctor even entered the room. Then the assistant proceeded to tell the doctor her diagnosis and the doctor agreed. I said thanks but would think about it. I went to another highly rated dentist and had a filling with no issues.

I like her. She was professional. Did what I needed and all was great. I took my 4 year old a week later. For a check up. We only saw Mackenzie for a second. To be expected. The star that day for my sons visit was the assistant. I think her name was lindsay. She was absolutely lovely with my son! Just amazing actually.

I found that things were rushed with no explanation and requests were ignored. Looking for a new dentist now.

She is a wonderful caring person. She did an amazing job for me and my daughter. I’m deeply saddened by some of these reviews. I’m know someone that knows her personally and a lot were most likely posted by a jealous x. Her personal life should not have to effect what a great dentist she is and a good person and professional. She has my family’s business forever

Complaints! Ha there are many against her. The only bonus about going to Mic Mac Mall Dentistry is that they are always on time like clock work! That is because they are an assembly line. Unless you have a medical plan, watch out! The whole place bills significantly above the guide lines. Rip off and would not go back. My girlfriend suggested this office and I decided to go back to my old dentist that is cheaper and more caring too! Hopefully, people will read these reviews and understand the difference of a money making assembly line and charging more than the regular guide lines suggest. Thank going to a decent, caring dental office that thinks and cares about the patient and not the almighty dollar only!!!!!!

She has no bedside manner at all! She moves patients in and out like an assembly line!! Has a blank look on her face when she does not have the mask on! She has no compassion or listening skills when you do want to tell her how you are feeling . Only cares about charging the Insurance Company to the full extent. Oddly enough checked my Insurance Account and found out she charged the fee of an examination and she never even entered the room to look at my teeth on that visit. Her hygienist did the cleaning and I did not ever see Dr. Mackenzie at all during that visit. This dental practise only care about the dollar and what they can maximum charge your Dental Insurance Plan. Just an assembly line, my family and I will be switching Dentist in the near future.

Worst dentist EVER! After she has destroyed my life with chronic pain from her incompetence, I now find out that she has a ton of complaints against her. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!
