When I entered the office, I was greeted promptly and courteously. In less than a half hour, Dr. O'Connor defined the problem and treated a minor ear issue. He also explained how an ear infection of that kind happens. Dr. O'Connor sent in the prescription from his iPad, saving me a wait time at the pharmacy. I was happy for the relief. Thank you Dr. O'Connor and your Staff.
