I do not recommend this doctor. She does not genuinely care about her patients. She is too busy and has too many patients, she can not keep up with everyone. She relies on her assistant to keep her updated on patients but her assistant and staff is just as careless as she is, there is no communication between anyone at that office. I have never felt so neglected as a very pregnant patient in my life.

I have been going to Dr. Ardakani for over 15 years. She is truly very knowledgeable and truly takes the time to listen to me as well as explain and advise. As with any Doctor that is a specialist emergencies do occur (person going into labor or emergency delivery due to complications or accidents) and the doctor has to tend to those emergencies first versus regular office visits. So I understand there are delays at times but I feel the staff should be more pro-active and contact the patients advising that she is in surgery and if we would like to reschedule or come in and wait. This does not fall on Dr. Ardakani. I am very pleased with her and will continue to see her.

Dr. Ardakani's has made rude comments towards a yeast infection. I asked her if I can have a follow up and said no. She said I can only come back if I want to get back on the pill. She didn't throughly listen to any concerns and seemed rushed. She didn't throughly check or tested me either. I will not come back.

I have been seeing doctor Ardakani for many years. My previous pregnancies had no issues. We decided to have one last baby and I started having reacurring miscarriages. The doctor didn't know why and only ran one test on me which came back normal. I asked her to check my hormone level to see if they are off and she dismissed it. Said she can't do anything about my hormones and give me any medicine. I lost 2 pregnancies and was devistated. She told me that I already have kids and should be blessed. I decided to change doctors as soon as I became pregnant again. The new doctor ran tests and found out my pregesterone level was low and that's why I kept on having early miscarriages. She gave me medicine to substain the pregnancy now I'm 2 months pregnant. The baby is developing well with a strong heartbeat. If I haven't changed doctors and had a new pair of eyes look at my situation I'm sure I would have lost this pregnancy as well. I feel like Dr. Ardakani dismissed me and was not preoccupied with my miscarriages. Her office isnt professional and there is urine cups all over the bathroom which I felt was disgusting. Her staff is not professional and the waiting time to see her is 2 hours. Once I had a yeast infection and I called to schedule and appointment. The young lady that answered the phone asked 21 questions. One of them was how long I had it when I said 2 weeks she told me in a sarcastic tone " you had a yeast infection for 2 weeks and you are just calling in?" I used over the counter medicine first when it didn't help then yes I called to schedule an appointment. I was not pregnant at that time. I suggest taking a day off work just to see her otherwise you will be late for work. If you are a woman with reacurring miscarriages I urge you to find a different doctor. This doctor is great as long as you have no problems but as soon as something comes up you might be very disappointed. When I mentioned invitro she almost laughed at me and told me who's going to pay for it? Do you have a $100,000? I felt that is was the rudest thing any doctor can say. I wouldn't waste my time and money on this office.

I absolutely love Dr. Ardakani, however her nursing and reception staff is rude to the point where I had to change doctors. I also understand that most doctors offices run behind schedule, but her office is the longest I've ever waited and its appointment time. At a 12:30 appointment, I was not taken into the office til 2pm and then not seen by Dr Ardakani til another half hour later. This happens every time I schedule an appointment.

loved her! she actually take the time to explain things to me and my husband, she was my doctor for my 2nd baby. she doesn't rush. i know i can be annoying at times and ask the same questions every visit, because i get nervous especially the ultra sound revealed that the baby is smaller and lighter than he should be, she monitored the baby's measurements & vitals closely while he was inside my womb, she ALWAYS reassured me everything will be fine. the staff is friendly too. i wish she could be my doctor again but we moved so far. thanks.
