I followed Dr Javier from her practice in Kingston. Do I need to say anymore, she is wonderful and I highly recommend her. She is kind, gentle, takes her time with me...I guess she truly cares! A wonderful and great dentist. Her staff are great as well and respect their patients. I would highly recommend this dentist and her staff.

There is one thing that Dr. Javier do not want to compromise, and that is the quality of her work and the comfort and the confidence of her patient during treatment. Unfortunately, there are times that the previous patient has complications or pre-existing condition that slows the treatment or adds more tasks to what is expected. These are common unforeseen circumstances that causes delay, and may cause delay in seeing the other patient(s). But Dr. Javier will never compromise her quality of care to any patient. Slow!!! I’ve had to wait numerous times because she’s running behind. Changes made to my appointment time for this reason. Completely frustrating that my time isn’t respected when I show up on time, every time! It’s rude!

Best Dentist in Napanee. She is passionate in providing the best quality of work and works hard to make her patients comfortable. She explains well her patients dental health provide them with all available options and recommends the best and long-lasting treatments. She is passionate in providing the most up-to-date techniques and use the best materials for her treatments. She continues to take advanced education to improve her skills and knowledge in Dentistry so she can, in return, provide them to her patients. Her Staff are the best and friendliest in town and they have been serving this Dental Clinic for years.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Javier today (made after speaking with Leslie at the front desk) and my visit with her was professional, informative and left me feeling so comfortable that I would be happy to refer her to anyone. She and her assistant evaluated my situation, provided options and allowed me to make an informed decision. The office staff is also amazing ~ professional, informative, kind and considerate. I'm typically very nervous at a dental office.....but not so here. So happy my former neighbor referred me to this office. I'm impressed !!!
