Office staff was extremely nice and helpful. When I mentioned my concern of waiting in the office for too long, they suggested to call the day of to make sure the doctor was not delayed with a hospital emergency. The doctor himself took my concerns seriously. Was not condescending or dismissive as I have experienced with other doctors.
