Worst treatment of patients ever. Receptionists rude and condescending. The whole clinic is not patient friendly or respectful. Not reliable in revealing test results.

This young man by far is the most ignorant racist I have met. If white privilege had a poster boy, it would be him. He is very arrogant, entitled and lacks intelligence.

There is one nice receptionist the blond and one very rude older lady one that is so irritating to deal with. I cringe when I have to call there. Anyways I used to like Dr. Hemphill then all of the sudden he changed in attitude and in knowledge. He isn’t very helpful he becomes irritated when asked extra questions and seems arrogant. I am also tired of residents every time I go or call it’s a new person having to explain my medical history all over again. Frustrating place overall I decided to go elsewhere and I’m much happy and my new doctor isn’t arrogant!

Man I remember when Byron was a good decent clinic! Receptionists are extremely rude on phone, how are these people not reprimanded? Dr Hemphill is the rudest, JERKIEST doc I’ve ever encountered. Furthermore his diagnosis is always wrong or missing vital pieces. The guy is simply not fit to be a doctor!! Misdiagnosed me4x I ended up in emergency because of his carelessness. Like others have said he is a liability. Get this man off of the medical field

Front staff at Byron family centre either rude or useless!!! Horrible wait times on phone to speak to someone. Then they give you either a resident or the doctor who by the way is absolutely rude I can’t stress enough how condescending Hemphill is and I’ve seen him speak to his residents and other staff in a terrible manner. I think I’ve seen a lot of docs speak disrespectfully to staff not sure why nothing is done about it yet? Another thing is they charge for everything!!! I’m not impressed I’m frustrated with Hemphill who is the main issue in all of this.

Saw him after seeing another dr twice and having her give me no answers and no solution. Was left feeling stupid and hopeless. Dr Hemphill explained what was happening and why, gave me a solution to the problem and encouraged me to come back had the same problem occur. I left feeling relaxed and comfortable.

Dr Hemphill did an amazing job with my daughter in the emergency department. She hurt her ankle playing volleyball and he saw her right away. He explained the anatomy and did an xray to make sure it wasn't broken. He then showed us the xray which my daughter thought was really cool. He even called us the next day after the radiologist read the xray to reassure us that nothing was broken. Just a bad ankle sprain and she is back playing volleyball now.
