She used to be compassionate & caring...not anymore! She needs to get off her high horse & put the patient first...or get out!!!

Disappointed....hard to get in to see her....not very helpful or knowledgeable for my condition unfortunately. But shes very kind.

Dr. Van Der Loo is a fantastic doctor. Actually listens to you about your symptoms and doesn't brush anything off. She is a very thorough doctor.

I find Dr. Van Der Loo very thorough and if I have any questions regarding certain health issues, she takes time to explain them clearly. She does not hesitate to refer me to a specialist if necessary. She is friendly, polite and I feel comfortable at my appointments with her.

Dr. Van Der Loo was once a very caring, competent doctor but recently lost those characteristics.

Dr. Van Der Loo is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have met (and I've met quite a few). I felt that she connected with me on a more personal level than most other doctors would. She took everything I said seriously, and didn't brush off even the smallest symptom, as prior doctors have. She is not only a wonderful doctor, but a kind and caring person. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a competent physician.

I like Dr. Van der Loo, but sometimes she is not available. She has been off on maternity leave four times and this has disrupted continuity of care. Other than that she is a very good doctor.
