Terrible experience. was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to finish answering our questions and stated “my bad.” Also unable to do testing because they did not have the supplies. completely dismissive and no solution/diagnosis was found. Lacked knowledge on emerging research, tests and tools. we went to another urologist that was very supportive and was able to find a diagnosis.

You are a doctor. When patient is in need, at least you can do is to reschedule a phone call when you have something came up. Not just cancel it and wait for 2 months appointment time.
