You are lucky if Dr. Mermelstein is your cardiologist. Incredible background and great doctor. Takes time to explain everything to you without feeling rushed and answers questions you email him through the portal promptly.

The staff is unhelpful. Lab reports are lost, staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Dr. is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I have used Dr. Mermelstein for many years and he and his staff continue to be the nicest and most professional. I recommend him to everyone. He and his office should be held up as a model on how to treat patients. He and his staff actually care about you and as a result you get well. The only downside is that it sometimes takes too long to get an appointment(which is a sign of a good doctor) but, if you are sick he squeezes you in immediately.
