Great dentist, does wonderful work! Was just there today. I went in for planned work but had another problem. She worked in the new problem as well as some of the existing work scheduling to finish all of it on my next visit. Can't get better service than that.

Worst experience ever. Before her I enjoyed going to the dentist she really messed up my mouth, she left things in my mouth, put a crown on wrong and lied her instruments on my chest.

Agreed, her chairside manners at times are rough, but her dental knowledge & work is impeccable! Because of being closed on Fridays (my day off), I tried another dentist & returned, happily to Dr.Mooradian. I knew I needed more crown work done & her work is always super. She also was willing to take on my mother, 85 years young & not fond of dentists. She was patient & took all the time needed to do the work necessary.

On 04-10-08 I had an extremely unpleasant dental visit at Dr. Gayane Mooradian's dental office. She was very rude to my children. She yelled at them for leaning on the reception counter and said something about germs. After my daughter was X-rayed and examined, I told Dr. Mooradian that I was only there because I needed a referral for an orthodontist. I told her we already had a dentist that we are happy with and that switching was not necessary. She became angry and accused me of being “rude” to her for not switching to her as a dentist. Then she said, "I’m the best around" as I was leaving her office. This dentist has a terrible bedside manor and seems to be in love with her own reputation. My other daughter had a referral done about two years ago. That referral visit was okay but could have been better. Her ability to interact normally with her patients and their families seems to be deteriorating as time goes on. I do not wish this dentist on anybody!!!

Something very wrong here. She doesn't seem to have a staff and does not know how to run a business or treat patients. Moody and rude. Worst dental experiences I have ever had anywhere. Her yiippy dog seems more important to her than her patients. Look elsewhere.

Although the actual services I received through Dr. Mooradian have been acceptable, her bedside manner (ranging from standoffish to just plain mean) has been so remarkably and consistently unprofessional that I'm finally opting to seek care elsewhere. Had it just been myself, I would have been able to dismiss this behavior as an anomaly, but the proverbial last straw came earlier this week when both myself and a family member were treated rudely in separate instances. I've spent a lot of time in the big white chair. I've often left in pain. Leaving feeling berated or disparaged simply isn’t part of the game.

Oh my where to begin. After years of paying for all dental work out of pocket we finally qualified for insurance. Dr. Mooradian was the most conveniently located practitioner. When I arrived there was no one in the front office. But, there was a playpen with a small injured dog. I was asked to fill out forms and subsequently had a cleaning. Dr. Mooradian spent about 3 minutes examining my mouth and told me I needed 4 crowns and had gum disease! Curiously, she made the same diagnosis for my husband several weeks earlier. Both of us have been under regular dental care and were shocked. When I questioned Dr. Mooradian she became verbally abusive and basically threw me out of her office. She called me on a Saturday morning to inform me she was not taking my family (thank goodness) because we had gone for a second opinion. She used fowl language during this phone call. Something is very wrong here! Please be careful!

After being treated with appalling disrespect by Mooradian and her staff, I would not recommend her to anyone. I went to Dr. Mooradian suspecting an abscessed tooth. I had been sick for four days and barely made it to her office. I arrived early for my appointment and found the front desk empty. It took 15 minutes to be given forms to fill out, and another 45 before I politely asked a receptionist when I could be seen, explaining that I was very sick and had been there for a full hour without any assistance. I finally had one x-ray taken then waited again until I went to the bathroom needing to throw up. I opened the door to hear Mooradian and her staff making fun of me. Mooradian proceeded to refer me to an oral surgeon and prescribe an antibiotic, but when I asked about pain killers and what to do about my terrible nausea she gave me attitude instead of answers. I left Dr. Mooradian's office feeling sick on a whole new level.
