great and caring dermatologist! I couldn’t be happier with his care

Dr. Katz was very friendly. His staff was nice on the 1st call I made there. Its has been 15 (weekdays) since I've been waiting on allergy blood work. Quest released the blood work and I've called Dr. Katz office atleast twice a week since. They said it would take 10 days to get results in and everytime I call they take my # and say someone will contact me... and they never do. I called 2 weeks ago after an alergic reaction to allergy pills and continue to break out in hives after they take my name and number down and tell me the Dr. will call back... still waiting over 2 weeks later. I went in for my visit December 16 and its Janruary 5th. Very upset. Never will go there again after that.

Felt like I was lined up and hearded thru. Had a very difficult time returning there call to get my results - took 2 days to get back to someone. And each member of the staff seemed to give me different information. Will not return.

I was seen by Dr. Katz today. I only had a ten-minute wait. He and his staff were knowledgeable & helpful. It was nice seeing a doctor with a personality for a change. Would highly recommend!!

I would avoid this doctor at ALL costs. He was 2 hours late seeing me, and then was rude not only to his staff in front of me but also abrupt and irritable with myself (the patient!) He didn't answer any of my questions. What a waste of my time.
