Doctor is ok but the staff is awful , the front desk lady (Theresa) is too loud and aggressive and the other girl in the back I think her name is Mariela takes for ever to do things don't really understand why they even have her there. That office should be run by professionals and not by those two young ladies, they need structure in that place. Staff is Terrible, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. Too many doctors out there looking for new patients so this office is doing you a favor by treating people the way the do.

Dr is amazing! Could not be happier with this man! Unfortunately the only staff worth dealing with left. Very unfortunate, and now a partnering dr who I didn't mind to see when he wasn't available left took down replaced her with a dr with the same name! Something just isn't right. My all around feelings just aren't the same anymore.

I like the Dr, but lately the appoitments are difficult to get them close. You have to wait long to get an appoitment. Once they called me to change the appoitment because they overbook and, them it was difficult to get one because there was no days available for months. The staff are very rude and very unfriendly. My husband, my sister and my self used to go there. We stopped because I couple of time we paid the co-payments and later they will billed us. When you get there, you only see very unfriendly faces. A couple of time the receptionist took my name and close the window in my face. They don't smile. I like an office, where the staff know who you are. I have specialist thet their staff are very friendly and know me. He need to let the entire staff.

Excellent Doctor. Unhappy with office staff, especially Debbie Amoroso. She needs to be let go. Besides that, I was very happy with the doctor my treatment. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tristine has been my Primary Care Doctor for 10 years. He is the best Doctor I have ever seen, his bedside manor is excellent. He takes whatever time is needed to explain every issue in laymens terms. I am now 60 years old & healther that I was when I started seeing him at 50. I've lost 85 pounds, my type 2 diabetes is cured along with my high blood pressure. Every specialist I've had to see have all told me that Dr. Tristine is an excellent Doctor. I highly reccomend him as a family Doctor.

Dr Tristine was my Dr 7 years. He is a wonderful Dr, however, the office has changed so much. It is impossible to get an appointment with him. Now you get an appointment with the PA. Before I will get and appointment the same day or the next day with him. Now he seems annoyed and always rushing. The office staff is very rude. I'm very disappointed. The change has not been good.

Dr. Tristine is my doctor for the past 15 years and for the past 2 Years, I am very dissatisfied. During my visits, doctor comes in and out within 3 minutes, have no interest in patient, has no time for patient. Also, several times in past 2 years, doctor is not avaiable and my visits end up with PA only. Recently, for the past few attempts to contact doctor, he is continualy on vacation. Staff in the office if very rude, especially front desk receptionist. She is very unprofessional, and driving patients away from the office. The only office member who seem helpfull and polite is Teresa. I don' t recommend this doctor to anyone and I finally decided to change this doctor after many times of negligence.

Dr. Tristine has been my primary care physician for the last 10 years and of all the various doctors whom I have seen he is by far the BEST. He is is extremely knowledgeable; yet he is able to break things down in layman's terms. He gives you all the time you need to fully discuss you medical problems and he keeps you fully informed on your progress and options. He has a truly genuine and caring bedside manner.

Dr. Tristine goes way beyond the call. I first visited him for a minor problem that was seemingly persistent. Once he examined me he assured me it wasn't very serious but in the process asked me about other aspects of my health. He didn't like the fact that I was a frequent sufferer of gout attacks and frequent headaches. He then performed other tests and found I had other ailments I didn't know I had. We are two plus years removed from my initial visit and my gout has not reoccurred, my blood pressure is now normal and I am much healthier and feel much better. My frequent headaches (2 to 3 real bangers per week) have disappeared. I have not had a single one since my first visit. He is direct but attentive, professional but caring and always cordial. He doesn't keep you waiting yet you never feel rushed. He is an outstanding physician and I recommend him highly.
