I waited 3 weeks for an appt. and then after waiting 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor ( which happens many a time), I finally had to reschedule my appointment because it was getting dark and I have night blindness and can't drive after dark. Dr. is rude, over-booked at least 3/4 of the time and the staff doesn't follow up on prescriptions, referrals, etc. Most of the time when I call they still haven't turned off the answering service and if you have more than one dept. to talk too (appointment desk, prescriptions, referrals) , you have to call back for each dept. when all 3 people are sitting right next to each other in the front office. They can't transfer between depts. on their phone system.
