Not impressed and wont go back. At checkout, they try to push junk stuff on you like oil soothers for your ear at $25 and stuff not covered by insurance. This is all profit to them; didn't care for doctor or her staff.

Please don't go to this doctor. My daughter who has been her patient for 6 years and has yet to get an appropriate diagnosis called yesterday for an appointment for terrible ear pain. The office refused to see her because she had to reschedule 2 appointments this year and 2 appointments last year. My daughter has a history of chronic ear pain in addition to this, Doctor Griner did surgery 2 years ago and had to redo it because the tubes were inserted incorrectly.
I also took my son who has asthma to her last year. While it appeared to be a severe sinus infection, she never picked up on his asthma symptoms. He ended up on life support the next day. He was in ICU for 6 days on a ventilator. He was airlifted to children's hospital. Thankfully he survived. Our family will NEVER go there again.

Although I had some difficulty with my insurance carrier that I wasn't aware of until I arrived for my daughter's appointment with Dr. Griner, her staff went over and above to help resolve the problem--which by the way was no fault of their own. One staff member was on the phone with our primary care physician, while another was on the phone with our insurance carrier. Dr. Griner herself, was wonderful and appears to be very knowledgeable in her field. I am very thankful we found her .

Dr. Griner has treated me and members of my family. She was very helpful and understanding. My daughter has anxiety issues from a previous medical condition and she is very apprehensive going to a doctors appointment. Dr. Griner was patient with her and when she had to go for surgery to have her tonsils removed, Dr. Griner was there by her side calming her and joking with her. It made the surgery day less stressful for my daughter and me. Staff is very down to earth and nice.

Dr. Griner saved my husbands life. She also made a tough decision, the right one to save half of his thyroid. She is the most intelligent doctor. She treats you like family.

Goodness Gracious! Reading the reviews, not sure where some of these folks went but they obviously did not go to the same Dr. Griner I went to! I had an issue with my voice earlier this year and Dr. Nancy took care of it. I have seen Eve, her Speech Pathologist, for several months and all in all have just had the best experience every time I go there. They are very prompt with calling you back at your appointed time. Have never had to wait. They went out of their way to see me when I did not have an appointment but was really not feeling well. I found her Staff to be very friendly. Starting with Kaitlyn at the front desk and continuing with Amber in the office. I would recommend...and do... Dr. Griner to everyone!

Worst Dr. I have ever seen. No compassion at all. Went in for an ear infection, in pain. Was told to come back in 4 weeks for a hearing test. Left feeling worse than when I arrived. She should not be practicing medicine of any type.

Terrible staff, office manager is extremely snobby and rude to employees and patients. They all seem to have a major attitude Problem. They look sloppy and very unprofessional.
