Dr. Mattes is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She goes over and above her job to care for her patients.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Mattes ever since she joined this practice after the previous physician retired. She is always very thorough in her exam with us, gives a lot of suggestions to help my husband to keep his diabetes in check. Always refer me to specialist whenever it's needed. We feel we can trust her in addressing our medical concern fully.

Always seems like she does not have enough time for me, very cold, treated like I am complaining too much. After complaining for the last year about pain in my abdomen and bad mens, she finally sent me to get a pelvic ultrasound...now I am seeing a OBGYN, need a hyster...anyway, would not recommend her.

Dr. Mattas has treated me for diabetes for the past year. She made a quick and accurate diagnosis and has kept it under control. I feel better than I have in years. She is aware of all current information and encourages her patients to attend diabetes education classes. I trust her totally.

This doctor was cold and seemed really distracted when she saw me. She did not take her time to examine me. She seemed unhappy to be doing her job.
