I very highly recommend Dr. Eiras. She got me better after a long journey of being sick and other doctors not being able to correctly diagnose me. Dr. Eiras is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

Having Lyme & co-infections makes me feel desperate for a solution. I've been to many doctors in attempt to find a way to treat these vector borne diseases. At first I thought Dr. Eiras was a God send because her natural approach to internal medicine was something I could be on board with. My body responds well to natural supplements and a clean plant based diet for healing. I have been a patient for six going on seven months and I will no longer return to this office. This doctor overloaded my system with natural supplements that helped at first because my body was depleted of them.

After months of treatment she barely adjusted the levels of supplements and then put me on heavy doeses of three antibiotics for suspected Lyme. The effects of the medication were so severe that I took 2/3 of the antibiotics and instinctively did not take the third prescribed as I felt my system was already overloaded and going into shock. She gave me a shot of magnesium in my backside the same day I started two new antibiotics in addition to a third and also told me for a while I would have to start injecting myself at home once a week with magnesium shots. Red flag. I don't think so, and to add- the shot hurt to no end causing me indescribable discomfort and pain to which her response was it relieves most of my patients. When I told her it caused me much more pain she had no further response. I've never felt so much pain in my life. In the span of one week I lost my legs from underneath me suddenly and could not walk, experienced severe nerve damage, became extremely ill, came down with a severe cold, loss of memory, head swelling, disorientation, extreme pain and more. One of the side effects of the medicine was permanent blindness from head pressure.

Fearful it was an adverse affect of the medicine I visited the office immediately with a list of questions I also wanted to know specifically what my levels of vitamins and minerals in my body are. I asked how she was prescribing me these supplements and dosing me and she basically told me she was guessing by muscle testing and following a protocol for Lyme. I am very open minded I do believe muscle testing works, however when a patient is communicating to a doctor that their system feels overloaded it should be crucial to address this instead of prescribing more medication. Her solution to all of this was to stop antibiotics, keep taking the natural supplements and prescribe me tramadol for pain. Her response to my questions seemed like she was annoyed to answer them and did not provide me with any beneficial information.

I do not take addictive medication of any kind including narcotic opioids. I asked the doctor if the pain medication she wanted to give me was addictive. She said no and then preceded to tell me the medication is NOT addictive at all. Three google searches later about the medicine I found out it's a highly addictive narcotic used to treat pain. I lost all faith in her as a doctor after this. I'm not buying into this healthcare system, they won't have me as a customer any longer and I will spend my money elsewhere. Treatment is very expensive and honestly for $400++ a month out of pocket I could EASILY do a better job treating myself so that is what I will continue to do. It is clear to me that our healthcare system wants to keep the ill sick in America by prescribing drugs ontop of drugs ontop of drugs. I would rather suffer in pain than be treated by this doctor ever again.

Update: Contacted the BBB, added photos of these letters to google review. Appalled at how many discrepancies there are on my paperwork. The name of the doctor appears differently on my records in various ways? I checked the records I have. It is spelled out in different ways on all of my paperwork. I tried to get my lab results directly from the labs they were sent to in various US states. I was told by some of these labs that I need a court ordered subpoena to get my lab work released directly to me. Wow. Unbelievable. This type of treatment is unacceptable.

Update: Recently wrote to the BBB in order to verify different names on all of the paperwork I was provided. See Google Reviews for copies of the letters and response. Requested complete records from this doctor multiple times. Was provided with incomplete records with different names on all of the paperwork.

Dr. Eiras has been an excellent addition to the care team for my son and myself in keeping our immunity strong with the results of Lyme Disease. This care appears to have kept us well through the covid pandemic.
