I met Dr. Cannon for the first time.
I found his staff to be very pleasant. I found Dr. Cannon to be very knowledgeable in his profession. He was very eager to go over my thyroid condition and get me back to feeling good.
Thanks,
DFP

Dr. Cannon is a horrible, rude, uncaring endo. Dr. He care about numbers and his ego. And breaks promises and insults you when you call the office and leave message. His receptionists are rude as well. I was fooled my first visit with him. I'd anyone tells you he is the best, please don't believe it. This Dr. Won't even answer your questions.. if he does he talks in circles and the symptoms that are created by having thyroid problems,, he told me, well that's not me, when I tried to to tell him himy symptoms for worse... He doesn't listen when you speak.. he rushes to the next patient for his volume... It's all about that imo with this horrible Dr.

Dr. Cannon is a very compassionate doctor. Very in tune to patients with diabetes needs, conscious of issues affiliated with the disease, and went out of his way to help my deceased friend with his diabetes. I love the doc. Always had a listening ear whenever I called.

It really depends on what day of the week you get Dr. Cannon. On one visit he was friendly, talkative and informative. But, I found that he did not listen to what I had told him. He spent over an hour with me and then ran blood tests. The next week he saw me and in the waiting room asked me if I was his patient? He then asked my name. He literally spent 5 mins with me, forgetting my name and just going over my blood work. I called to say I would be alittle late for my appointment and was told as long as it wasn't longer than 15 mins. Well, I waited over an hour for him. I will not go back to him. He is really scatterbrained---he wrote the wrong name on a script and then go disturbed that he had to change it. He is now with a new group in Hamilton area. I found him very distractable, did not listen to my concerns and had his own agenda (despite what I told him). Will seek another Endocrinologist.

Awful with time management doesn't matter if you have the first appt of the day or not your going to wait and always has an excuse. When I say wait I don't just mean 15-20 mins. Office staff is beyond ignorant. Your made to feel like their time is more important then yours. It is obvious that they do not know how to run a successful practice. When health issues arraise you want to feel comforatable with the person who is in control of your health and that is not how I felt.

Never seen less than an hour late of scheduled appointments. Tells you to call the office for blood test results but does not call you back despite leaving messages on 3 consecutive days.
