I was recommend to Dr.Cannon in his new office and I had to say that,it seem to be more relax and last hectic.But there was one staff member just wasn't as nice and seem to be to busy with her personal issues and cell phone... I was too happy about that( I ask her for the bathroom and she look at me as if i bother her while she was on the cellphone) Well. I would recommend him to anyone else but he need to know about his front office staff.

He was consistently late, had no bedside manners and seemed a bit lunatic, often making comments that had no relation to my condition. He was often very disorganized. Having said that however, his knowledge of metabolic disease (diabetes and cholesterol) in my case, is very impressive. He is an aggressive prescriber but was very successful in reducing my diabetes and cholesterol levels.

He was ALWAYS late for appointments - keeping us waiting 45 to 60 minutes every time. He often answered his cell phone for personal calls while he was seeing my Mom. He failed to explain things in terms my elderly mother could understand.

He was 45 + minutes late for almost every appt. He took personal calls during our appt. He suggested we talk to a non medical asst for advice on a medicine he was thinking about prescribing. He asked for faxes, and then did not reply to them. He failed to diagnose a serious condition related to his field.
