UNBELIEVABLE, in the worst interpretation of the word. I had a similar experience as many of the other reviewers. I have been a patient since 2015 and the quality of care has decreased exponentially. In my most recent experience, I needed to make an appointment so I called several times over the span of 3 weeks and was greeted by a voice message stating "We will return your call within 30 minutes." As lovely as that sounds, that did not happen. I have yet to receive a phone call 3 weeks later! Even more appalling is that this is not the first time this has happened. I stopped by during her office's hours of operation to make an appointment in person and received nasty and condescending treatment from both the receptionist and doctor. In fact, the doctor told me that I needed to "make my health a priority" implying that I should continuing calling hoping someone answer the call so that I can make an appointment. No, her office should pick up the phone. Much more happened but rehashing the full encounter would triple the length of this review.

I later emailed the doctor and received a smug and dismissive response. It is clear that Dr. Ada del Rivero-Yamuy does not care about the treatment of her clients, existing or new. I discovered people in her waiting room also had similar stories. This business is violating the medical community's code of ethics and standard of practice.

Save yourself the frustration and find a doctor with proper patient care ethics. I have reported Dr. Ada del Rovero-Yamuy to multiple grievances boards and recommend the other reviewers do the same.

No body answers the phone, so 99% of times you get a voice mail. The message in the voicemail states that they will return your call in 30 minutes, but they never do. They NEVER call back with test results. After two weeks of calling the office and leaving messages, I called my insurance to complaint. That same day Dr. Del Rivero finally called me...to scold me! She was extremely rude, to the point of yelling at me and not letting me speak at any point. She finally said she would ask my insurance to assign me to another doctor. I have never felt this mistreated by any doctor ever.
