I've never been to the office, but made an appt. which they cancelled on me. When I called to make the appt. for a physical as a new patient, it was time consuming because while I don't take any meds/have any conditions, the woman I spoke to asked me many questions, seemingly to try to find something wrong with me. She was shocked that I didn't have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, back problems, diabetes, etc. I thought these were questions for the first visit. She also inquired about how my plan paid, if I met my deductible, etc. I answered the same ?s repeatedly, but she didn't seem to think I knew what my plan paid. I made an appt. for the soonest they had for the latest appt. for a physical, 2 and a half weeks later at 3pm, so I had to make arrangements to leave work early. That morning, at 9:50, I rec'd a msg.that they needed to cancel because the dr.had to take a test. I called back at lunch to r/s and was told that they cancelled to slide another patient in. What was it?!

Dr. Consigliere has a poor staff with no knowledge of timing appointments and patient relations. Have waited over 2 hours to see Dr. for 5 minutes to refill prescription. Dr. is very condescending in tone and manner. Always suggesting new procedures and tests for no health reasons or purpose. Staff is totally useless.

I waited over two hours. Dr. Did not care that I was in incredible pain. The office is one big mess of paperwork. They take the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer it.

Expect to wait for over an hour even though you have an appointment. The office staff is rude and the office manager actually hung up on my wife and me when we tried to ask for a refill on a prescription.
