I feel into a deep depression after my husband left me. Months later, I decided to get help. When I told Dr.Chan that I was in terribly depressed she responded by saying that 'she would be too if she was as fat as I was'; then told me to step on the her scale... I'm happy to say I have a new doctor. I heard Dr. Chan retired, I sure hope so!

I totally agree on all of the above so much that I felt like grabbing my file & running from her office. When i told her I was changing docs cause I was not happy with her they refused to give me all the docs notes from my file. They were all scribbled and they wanted to charge me an obscene amount of money to re-write the notes to be ledgeble.I got very upset with them & yelled at them that she should have written them more clear the first time.Notes are important! A examination consists of her sitting behind her desk and you across from her in an office chair like a job interview. She asks no question and says "I see" "I see" after everything you tell her, then prescribes you with something that you are not even sure you need. it's like she is afraid of coming in contact with you. This woman has no compassion, poor bed side manner and yes her staff are very very rude. I don't even use the pharmacy attached to her clinic anymore because there is a big sign saying that she is part owner!!

The reception is very rude. Try to make an appointment for my husband and I as new patients, unfortunately this doctor only sees one new patient per day, therefore my husband and I would have to come at different times for a 15 min first interview. That's ridiculous. I decided against going to this doctor and would not recommend her to anyone.

I will never recommend this doctor to anybody. My husband refuse to do annual physical examination just because he does not want to see her and her staff again. We finally found a new doctor and say goodbye to her right away. Our visiting experience has been much better. Thanks god! She is always late (for a hour at least). One time, her staff booked me for 1:00pm appointment. I came and only found out that their office does not open until 1:30pm and her staff then told me that Doctor Chan will not show up until 2:00. And she did show up at 2:45pm. So I was at theoffice for 2 hrs just for 5 min. talk. I asked her for annual exam. and ask if I can do a PEP test. She said I have to make another appointment, which frighten me - another 2 hr waiting! Forget it! But I was preganant. I have to see doctor. But her incompetence and ignorance of what is going on terrified me. Luckly I found a OBS. Don't waste your time to go to her.

If anyone has been to Dr.Lilly Chan will know that she is the most laziest doctor out there. I think she's just waiting to retire..or perhaps she has already retired but comes in to work just to socialize. I've been to her a number of times for check ups..and found myself sitting there for at least an hour for her..only to notice that she does not have many patients. So what is the long wait about?? She doesn't really do a proper examination. She'll just sit there and write up a prescription without doing anything. She's great if you wanna be outta there in less than 5 minutes. But when your sick and want someone reliable in giving proper medical advice..she fails. Not helpful at all..and wait time at her office is long. The secretaries are rude!!!
