i had a very bad experience with this doctor. He worked at 1300 Keith Ross Dr
Oshawa ON L1J 0C7 as well.
first , I was booked to see him like Dec. of last year .when it comes, the front desk didn't give any follow up or reminder about this appointment ! Come on, it is 4 months after , anything can happened during this 4 month. Anyway, i made my appointment.
Secondly, i made my appointment on time, when i sat down with him, the doctor starts to complain all information he got. The form i singed was wrong, the information he got from my family doctor is not enough and so on. He didn't check on me at all. Then i told him i can try to get what you need from my doctor very soon, he is like no, i don't have time for this , 5 minutes later i have another patient. After i heard this, i told him fine, i am done with you. i left right away.

As a doctor, he didn't review the patient's file before they come . As a human, he is lack of the basic resection manner. I will report him to the cpso, see how come he can have the license and treat a patient like this .

Worst Doctor ever !

When I was provided an appointment with Dr Kendall I went on line to do some research on the doctor who would be taking care of me through my colonoscopy....I read many bad reviews on him and became quite concerned....fast forward to my office visit. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and quite friendly and reassuring . We made the apt to have the procedure done asap, and I cannot speak highly enough about his staff, super friendly and quite funny actually, had me laughing as we waiting for my time in the procedure room, and Dr Kendall. I don't know what happened to the folks who gave him a bad review but I am here to say that this doctor is one who I trust with my future procedures and handling of me . He is professional, explained what he found and how we proceed, and we parted ways with me being quite relieved.

I was spectacle from the start with this doctor and it just seems to become evident that he is not the individual that I would prefer working on me when it comes to my health care he seems to care considerably more about his time and wallet then his patients I also found out that their office charges individuals for certain things when given a procedure that will not be covered under ohip I don't know in regards to this practice because when I was going to an endoscopy colonoscopy clinic in Toronto I wasn't charged for anything and felt more comfortable with their service it comes as a bit of an inconvenience to me cuz I live in Durham but I don't mind traveling the extra bit to get a better practice better service and a more compassionate Doctor Who will care for their patients

- 10 Totally surprised this Doctor lost sight of patients needs, its all come down to the mighty dollar and there no longer behaving as Care providers, but running a business to make money, primary focus. Sad there lack of concern about the patient, only caught up with themselves and their own needs and gains. Do NOT intend to have any individual title or not, touch me with lack of empathy or caring for the patient! Major people skills improvement required here, and STOP forcing people to take sedation, its their choice and their body, also, administration fee COSTS should be all included part and parcel through OHIP.

I see all these amazing reviews about the doctor on here but it makes me wonder if he got his own people to write these reviews because in person he is so rude and disrespectful. I understand that the medical field is difficult but as a doctor, you need to be more companionate. His staff is nicer than he is.

My father was referred to Dr. Kendall for an Endoscopy. Dr. Kendall did not agree that one was necessary and explained why. He also referred my dad to someone else to address what the actual problem was. Dr. Kendall is a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner and I am grateful for his care of my dad. I was very impressed with his receptionist as well.

Dr Kendall is such an amazing and competent doctor. He always takes time to listen your issues and will come up with something best for you. He was the one who literally saved my life by alerting my family doctor in the diagnosis of my disease in early stage. Million thanks to you Dr Kendall❤Always stay blessed. Dr. Kendall is awesome. I’ve had 4 colonoscopies by him. Every time he and his staff made it a good experience. Everyone is kind and helpful and he explains everything to you before you leave. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services. Even if you’re nervous, he and his staff reassure you and make sure you’re calm.
