Dr. Richard is one of the finest doctors (and perons) I know. He is caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The office staff (scheduling and phone) needs some work. Getting an appointment or information is a nightmare.

very upbeat doctor who is willing to listen to everything you want to discuss. Office staff is lacking when trying to get messages to him though.
