Staff never answers the phone or returns calls no matter what date or time. Always gives the excuse that they are understaffed. Dr. Jatto is friendly and caring but doesn't follow through on promises when looking into treatment options. Office trys charging extra with special treatment labels to insurance when it isnt the case.

I tried to call the dr. Jatto's office for 3 weeks straight and nobody picked up the phone on any day or time. All medical test results are lost, or never looked at and thrown away. Never will call back after left messages. Wait time is 2.5 hours with one person in line and 45 minutes with empty office with nobody in line. Mal-functioning office only waits to be Mal-functioning practice. I give her Negative on Steroids.

When I first came to dr. Jatto I just left a doctor that could care let’s . Until I came to her. She was a great lister and real concern Dr about all my issues that I had she really is about health care Harrisburg isn’t big enough for her she really is about educating people about there health . I really love Dr Jatto . For her Concerns.

Dr. Jatto my first visit for weight management has changed my life. As I was turning 50 and have tried many things to bring my BMI and shape up myself had been in vain. Dr. Jatto truly as angel made this happen. It was done so scientifically and within just one month I could not only lost about 10 pounds but had my BMI well within the range. Not only this it drastically got me safe from border line Diabetes. My cholesterol is well under control. Most importantly I have found the vibrancy in my life which has increased my confidence. Very smart, articulate, knowledge, and great at what she does but only when she feels like it. Visits sometimes take an hour but then I feel rushed at the same time. I am also aware she gets people to make nice reviews but they're not always fully truthful. I also don't condone gossiping, which I've heard coming from the Doctor AND nurse about other patients; simple unacceptable. She is really a great Doctor, just needs better people skills and not make others feel like they're not as important.

Dr jatto ready is the best doctor I could ever asked for she really helped with my Diabetes and weight loss and just plain counseling she is a very very very good doctor she likes to listen she listens to everything you say she listens and then she makes a determination but I really recommend her she's caring she takes her time with you because of her being so thorough when she reviewing your files very patient the office stays busy sometimes it's too busy and out of control but we love Dr. Jada she's a very blessing to Harrisburg area thank you

I have seen Dr Jatto for botox, fillers and sculptsure. She made sure that the atmosphere was more like a spa than a dr's office, with music and lighting. No need to go under the knife when Dr Jatto's expertise can give you the results you want.
