The staff from the time I called to make the appointment was warm and friendly and great. The office was clean and I was seen very punctually. All great so far. Dr. Retzios breezed in, grabbed some toenail nippers and clipped my toenail and said "you can buy these online". I had been in pain for literally MONTHS with this toe, and I am still in pain, but he assumed it was just an ingrown toenail and didn't even examine any other causes for my pain that was all over the toe, not just the tip of the nai. I can't decide if I want to go back and try again or find another doctor. BUT the worst is the charges for those 2 minutes of his time were astronomical! It was billed as a podiatric "surgery". HE CLIPPED MY TOENAIL.

I learned Dr. Ritzios does nail care, which apparently not all podiatrists do. I presented to his office with bunions, hammer toes, fungus, callouses, spider veins, and nails that had not been properly cared for in over a year because I wasn’t limber enough to reach them. I was so embarrassed but there is absolutely NO SHAME in that office. Everyone is pleasant and efficient, as is Dr. Ritzios, and my feet now look completely different. I visit the office regularly to keep my feet presentable.
