Cold as ice doctor - Not informative it was like next number let’s get this over with if you’re that busy maybe you need another doctor because obviously you have zero time to care next ! Still in pain thanks for coming out joke !! Receptionist might as well be a robot overall horrible experience glad I never have to go back more informative on YouTube for therapy

Dr. Mathew is nothing short of phenomenal. I broke my ankle badly and could not have asked for a more thorough, friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and sympathetic professional to make me feel at ease with the surgeries and long road to recovery ahead. It's hard to put into words how much I appreciated everything he did for me and the way he went about my care. Thank you Dr. Mathew.
Best regards, Justin

Dr. Matthew has performed an ulna osteotomy on my arm, as well as a liagment reconstruction, tendon interposition trapeziectomy on both wrists. All surgeries
were very successful and Dr Matthew does not " sugar coat" percentage of results, the amount of pain/discomfort to expect or the recovery time required. He is a very caring,
kind surgeon and just a nice guy! I wouldn't go to an other ortho for upper body surgery.
The only caution is he is usually behind during his office hours, but that is ONLY because he does not rush his appointments. You have his full attention when he is in your appointment. So, he is worth waiting for!

Dr. Matthews performed carpal tunnel surgery on my dominant hand. He is a nice person with a great memory for who you are considering he only spends 5 to 7 minutes in consultation with you. His receptionist is very helpful.
I would recommend considering the following prior to having surgery:
If you enjoy biking, kayaking, gardening, running, any kind of racquet sport, knitting/ crocheting, golf, yoga it’s better to live with carpal tunnel pain than the results if the surgery goes poorly.
The additional cost of massage therapy, Osteotherapy and the trips to physio to work on relieving the pillar pain, swelling , ache, lack of mobility in the wrist and the strength in your hand.
If you drive a standard, do not drive yourself home after surgery.
I regret having the surgery. I no longer have the numb tingly throbbing feeling of “horrendous” carpal tunnel, according to the neurologist, but at least I could continue to live an active life without the constant ache, swelling, and lack accurate use. No one is informing me of when or if it will get better.
I wish I knew the possible negative effects of this surgery so I would of considered not having it.
According to Dr. Matters carpal tunnel is a procedure not surgery, that you can drive yourself home from. I wish my results were that “simple”.

Dr Mathew has performed Rotator Cuff repair on both of my shoulders, the second one just recently. He did an excellent job on my first shoulder 2 years ago and it is now perfect! The scars are so tiny and barely visible. I have full movement in my shoulder again with no pain or discomfort. It’s just like new! I have started Physio on my second shoulder now, and expect a perfect recovery once again. Dr Mathew is kind, honest and explains everything. He is an amazing surgeon.Highly recommend him!

Friendly with a great sense of humour. Knows his stuff and explains everything well. I’ve had 3 surgeries with him and would use him again if needed.

So glad I found Dr. Mathew. I had a badly jammed finger (bone on bone) and Dr Mathew was able to give me a PRP injection to relieve pain. That was over a year ago, and still pain free. Thank you Dr. Mathew!
