Dr. Kassir is an excellent doctor! His professionalism, skill, precision, bedside manner are remarkable! He truly has hands of gold and a vision of a true artist! I also want to mention how he uplifts the patient and embraces patient’s self esteem! His office staff are professional, friendly and very supportive! The entire rhinoplasty journey was a wonderful experience!

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Poor communication, really unprofessional staff, was yelled at because I was hyperventilating because I couldn’t breathe after my rhinoplasty and throat was closing up. I have a huge visible bump on the bridge of my nose now and he never showed up for my post surgery appointment. My nose looks ok, but I don’t love it. Please go to someone else.

Very professional and everyone who works in this office is very kind. I am very happy with the procedure that I underwent with Dr. Kassir. I had the silicone injections removed and I had my lip lift done. It was the best decision I could have made. I recommend them 100 percent.

I had my rhinoplasty about 3 years ago. This is something I have wanted my entire life. I have consulted with numerous doctors prior to meeting with Dr Kassir. However, I never felt like the other doctors cared about me or what I was asking for. Dr. Kassir seemed to care about meeting my needs and for the most part he delivered. But, for the price, I should be 100% satisfied and I’m not. I asked the bridge and tip of my nose be more defined. They are slightly but there’s room for improvement. Furthermore, I’m left with a scar on the top of my nose because Dr Kassir decided while removing my cast to manually and quite aggressively pop a pimple that had developed. This was 7 days after surgery!! Not only was it painful but as I stated damaging! The pimples would have gone away with proper care. I have oily skin and putting a metal cast over it doesn’t exactly allow for my skin to breathe. However, to squeeze the hell out of a freshly altered nose was not a smart move. However, moving on…I saw my face and was horrified by my reflection. I was so swollen and my nose looked worse than it did naturally. With time, the swelling went down and I didn’t look like a lion/pig, but my nose is still larger than I asked for. I still have a scar from where he squeezed my nose and I’m still not completely happy. I have reached out informing the staff how I feel and they’re helpful, but no one seems to really offer a solution. We tried laser therapy to treat the scar and it didn’t work. We tried steroid injections to make my tip and bridge go down and it barely worked. The only thing I think would remedy this is revision surgery, but I am scared. This is why it’s now 3 years later! On top of it, I strangely feel bad for how disappointed I am! Why?! He didn’t deliver like he confidently stated he would. Do I look so much better? Yes, but you should get what you pay for! Make sure to express how you feel every step of the way and do not allow anyone to try and talk you out of those feelings! Even my husband is annoyed with my results or lack of them…Overall, he’s a talented surgeon and very sweet, but I think he’s a bit too busy to really give the quality care or results his patients deserve.

When I scheduled a consultation they required a very expensive non refundable deposit (all other drs I encountered do refundable and much less) which could be used towards any procedure, even if you decide not to move forward with the one you were considering. I clarified to make sure I could use it towards a facial or something non-invasive and they confirmed saying of course. Once I didn't move forward with the procedure (because of a bunch of bad reviews I came across, horrendous imaging and fact that he didn't thoroughly explain how he'd approach the procedure) and tried to book a facial they barely returned my calls but finally I went in for one, which covered maybe half of the deposit. I was told I could come back again for another facial at a later date. When I tried to make the appt they never returned my calls, months went by, then when I texted I was told I could no longer use the ~$300 at all. This issue has not been resolved. Clearly this place is a scam like all the bad reviews indicate.

Be aware!!! He is all about the money!!!you get change for stepping in the building and the products he inject you with is the cheapest, Do not go to him. Everything is so over price and the staff are so lost... safe your money and go to another Doctor that care about the person and not only the money .

I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Kassir is an amazing surgeon, sculptor and person. I had reconstructive rhinoplasty due to a prior surgeon botching my nose twice. I’m beyond thrilled and happy with my fixed new nose aesthetically and I’m overjoyed that I can fully breathe! Fighting some gravity, I’ve also had non surgical filler in areas of my face and I couldn’t be more pleased! Dr. Kassir is truly amazing at his craft and there are not even enough words to express how lucky, happy and grateful I am to have found him. Everyone that I’ve dealt with in his practice have been wonderful as well. They’re extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, caring and always nice. If I could give Dr. Kassir and his staff 100 stars, I would.
