He actually cared, explained what he would be doing, and explained it in great detail. Dr. Radcliffe was my second opinion doctor for this issue because the first doctor I saw just told me to wait everything out, knowing I was in debilitating pain. I appreciate Dr. Radcliffe offering to do the procedure, as well as being upfront and fully explaining the risks and benefits. Truly compassionate.

Had prior spine surgery. Pain returned, Radcliff said he would order MRI, but needed to send me to PT first. PT did not work, but Radcliff would not order MRI. Did not evaluate me to my satisfaction. Was too much of a hurry to listen.

Kris Radcliff's spinal surgery paralyzed my father. Dr. Radcliff responded by just sending my father home, where he fell. He still has all the problems Dr. Radcliff's surgery was supposed to fix, but he's worse off now, because his arm has a permanent palsy.

Dr Radcliff and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable with my procedure. Capital Health Medical Center was top notch and I am so glad my procedure was done there even though it was an hour and a half from my home.
