wait time is long but we went in expecting that. Doctor and staff pleasant.
Dr. VAlez extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain and make sure all information is understood.

Dr Velez is absolutely one of the best in her field. After many attempts with others in the same field I cannot recommend a better dr with bed side manners and patience dealing with family at a crisis moment . Might have to wait but it's worth the wait. Highly recommend

If it weren't for Dr. Valez I would be totally blind. After MA General Doctor told her me that I had a "Rare" eye disease with no treatment & would be totally blind in a few months, I saw Dr. Valez for a 2nd opinion. After all the camera looks she could see nothing obviously wrong with my retina. She thought about that & decided to check my Vitamin A level. It turned out to be almost non-existant due to other medical conditions. After several large doses of Vitamin A, I could see again. It felt like a miracle!

Arrogant and disrespectful....not caring at all. Beyond terrible bedside manner. I agree with the guy who says stay away from her. Also, she doesn't show up at her office when patients are scheduled...she shows up whenever SHE feels like it. Tough cookies if you have a schedule to keep, hers is obviously more important. Don't count on being seen on time for the first appointment of the day or the first appointment after lunch either. If you have all day to wait to be seen, then she's the doc for you!
