2 hour wait average. Dr. Williams could be heard throughout the waiting room as she yelled at her nurse several times for some unclear offense. As a new patient, she did not introduce herself, make eye contact, nor address my lab results. Curt and frank is one thing, she is just plain rude. Lacks basic people skills and doesn't compensate for it in quality of medical advice or explanantion.

I have had several bad experiences with this doctor's office & will never return for treatment. Once, her receptionist called to provide test results and gave the information to my roommate-clearly violating HIPAA. I have had to wait for an intolerably long time before being seen by Dr. Williams, despite having an appointment. The staff are rude & incompetent. More than once, the staff failed to contact me with my test results simply because they forgot to call me once the results came in. In fact, I am still waiting to hear the results of my last two tests!! The staff has also forgotten to call in prescriptions, despite my repeated requests. In the past year, virtually every contact I have had with that office has been an awful experience, which I do not plan on repeating ever again. I am now in the process of finding a new doctor & I am so sorry I didn't do this sooner. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Our family loves Dr. Williams and her knowledgeable staff. She cares for every member of our family, and we learned of her services through a good family friend--who is very particular about the health care services they seek. When one of our family had been misdiagnosed and was suffering from inflamation and infection, she promptly diagnosed and treated the problem. Since then, we have brought other family mebers to her, who have been misdiagnosed and receiving ineffective treatments. She did the same for these new patients, and now we all see her exclusively for our health care needs.

Cleo Williams is a very unprofessional doctor. She is rude and obnoxious and useless. She does not know how to interact like a normal person and she makes it seem like you are wasting her time. i went to her once and never went back!

I went to this doctor once, and swore I'd never go back again. Now, I just had to due to an injury, and remember why. She is unfriendly to the point of coming off as rude and just seems to have a permanent scowl on her face. Both times I've gone in she's basically told me I should have just used over-the-counter rememdies, implying that I was wasting her time. The office seems to be very short staffed, the equipment seems ancient, the wait is long and a coworker who went here has had a terrible time just getting them to give her her own test restults.

I have seen the doctor twice. Both times I have felt that her rather blunt manner was abrassive and for me, not pleasant. While I appreciate my doctor being forthright about my diagnosis, her approach was exactly as the previous posting states...she basically tells you to suck it up. I believe it is just her manner. Additionally, the wait time for an appointment is terrible. I have had to go to urgent care twice as a result of not being able to get an appointment. Finally, I wish the reception area were a bit more private. I have felt embarassed twice by staff blurting out my lab tests and results in the reception area. All of this being said, I am sure this doctor and her staff provide very good care for their remaining patients.

She is by far the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. I went in for the first time because i felt i was suffering from depression due to certain things going on in my life. I am 22 y/o. she told me that in personal opinion there are things that are difficult in life and just to suck it up and tough it out. She also said that my grandmother who has breast cancer is "going to die, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, who knows?" furthermore, she went on to say that everyone dies "my grandparents, parents" etc. I was shocked by this so-called doctors lack of professionalism and would tell anyone considering going to her to really rethink their decision. she doesnt seem to care about your feelings. I mean I was telling her that I thought I was depressed and she told me that everyone I care about was eventually going to die? what is wrong with her?
