My daughter needed braces and he explained everything in detail, and was easy to understand. My daughter loved him and after 18 mos of braces she is now in the invisible type retainers and is delighted with them. He offers payment options and even gives his home phone number to call for emergencies and after hour problems. I did have to call once and he called me back and told me what to do and if it didn't work he would come to the office to see her and fix it. Very happy with him and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jim and his staff are very kind, gentle and pleasant to deal with. Going to the dentist can be a stressful thing, but this office puts you at ease and they're gentle in their work. Dr. Jim also doesn't go overboard in telling you need all kinds of work done when it's not necessary. I highly recommend them.
