I would rather have eaten dog poo then go to this unprofessional, impolite, disrespectful, unpleasant experience that I have ever had. The worst "doctor", I am even so embarrassed to call him that as his "title" doesn't mean JACK!! He was so disrespectful and did not acknowledge my issue as he made rude comments. I wasted my gas coming to his fool. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! SAVE YOUR GAS!!!!!!

I cannot believe nobody has called ministry of health, or consumer affairs yet. The "receptionist" Marta it the rudest most unprofessional waste of space I have ever encountered. she spoke in slang saying things like whaaa? huuuh? And refused to check if medical referral had been received. If she is this incompetent as a medical receptionist patient relations point of contact. i do not imagine this person who presents as under educated can spell

This place is a complete joke. And one of the worst doctors offices I've dealt with. My husband made an appointment for 8pm and was told he wouldn't be seen until 9pm 930pm. His secretary is ABSOLUTELY rude and so unprofessional. Told me I was rude for asking a question? Excuse me. I myself work in the medical field and her lack of education of her profession makes me wonder how she still has a job. This poor doctor will loose alot of patients due to her rudeness remember first impressions is by the person who greets you. I'm so appalled. My husband will get the medical help he needs by a real professional

This is a pill popping joke of a practice designed to refer old people endlessly to his quack doctor friends. This is basically a dispensary which is why people are willing to put up with the 3 hour wait times and rude staff...

This is the, rudest receptionist, I know. Ask a question or questioned if the doctor had the paper work necessary to be filled, sent/ faxed twice due to no response, she tells me she does know, asked when does doctor leave, she rudelly tells me with frowning, that she has no idea. Asked her why the attitude, she tells me, how do I know, gets up and waives me away. Doctor eventually shows up, i asked for the medical report , he mentioned he would look for the it, told him it was faxed to him twice, he tells me he will look for it, i asked when,
he tells me to have the source to ask to fax it again. I wonder if medical Association even knows how manny patients the money gouging doctor wastes. This is 9pm with 4 patients waiting. I could go on with other issues but !!! Rate this doctor as a minus people, how can anyone use these people is beyond me. To top it off, i have family that uses him for decades. I ask them why, they shrug their shoulders. Go figure. His and staf rating is fire them all. Him with it.

Dr. Rude and so behind times. Think he still back with times he graduated. Office was . Maybe updated it once in his career doesn’t seem so though. Sent me for test I didn’t really feel I needed but I think that was excuse to get me back. His staff are so bad and timing here will basically kill half your morning or afternoon.
Please just save yourself the time and frustrations and go to a walk in.

Dr. Mok has been my doctor for fewyears and he’s always taken good care of me. Knowledgeable yes. Overall he’s excellent

His booking system is ridiculous and there is really no appointment system. If they say your time is 5pm just go for 7pm ... as for Mok himself he’s been my doctor for more than 25 years and he’s always taken good care of me. Knowledgeable yes, out dated yes. Overall he’s good

The booking system here is ridiculous. His receptionists are completely rude and useless. The blonde lady only books your appt at the time of your arrival EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED prior to your visit. It is completely useless. She also does not know how to address the patient’s issues and concern discretely or respectfully, instead she makes you feel incompetent and stupid. Very unprofessional. I don’t know why they’re still here. It is clear that his two receptionists don’t have any booking systems in place nor do they even communicate. Dr. Mok is a good doctor. However, he is notoriously known for sending patients to unrelated tests and continues to tell you to come back week after week (even if it’s unneccessary).

He has been our family doctor for years now, and as I grew older, I can’t help but notice how rude and unprofessional his staff actually is. Entering the room also takes you back into the 90s. On top of that, Mok still does not own a computer...which makes you question how up-to-date he is. Results are sent electronically now and he still wants things sent via mail (which can potentially get lost).

You’re better off going in a walk-in clinic. At least they honour the booking system there.
