Dr. Ann Grenadier was cold and uninterested in what I had to say and I felt judged the entire time. She did not even smile or respond to my hello and she did not care about why I have reached out to her.

They helped my son with his ADHD, but I couldn't afford to keep going so Im not sure how affective it really was after only 6 treatments. I liked Ann just fine and I counseled with her individually due to parenting stress and anxiety/phobias...however I was too far gone to be able to pull myself back without the help of medication, which was something Ann could not prescribe for my depression. Her methods would serve me fine now, but at that time in my life Lexapro was my Godsend. She did seem understanding and yes a bit detached from getting emotionally over involved into my world, but I am sure that is just good standard of boundaries in practice.

She is more interested in selling expensive unproven neuro/biofeedback treatments than providing actual therapy. Not helpful, cold, abrasive, and should not be trusted.

My experience with Dr. Grenadier was very pleasant and informative. I felt her concern and compassion to my needs we're genuine. The neurofeedback services that were offered in addition to counseling was a great combination. I would highly recommend Dr. Grenadier.

From the moment I made contact with this office I felt I was in professional hands. Kathy, the office manager, answered all my questions. Dr. Grenadier has been so informative and helpful with my situation. I highly recommend them for counseling needs!!

In my heart I knew this place was a joke when they hooked me up to the computer to measure my attention while a man with a weed-eater was right outside the window. I've never been in a more unhappy therapist office.

Today was my first visit with Dr Ann, and I'll never go back again. She was very cold and uninterested with what I had to say. I felt nothing but judged the entire time and her $800 plan to "brain map" me is a she seemed to be concerned with. I plan on finding a doctor who cares to listen to me instead of advocate her non-medical fantasy treatments.

Dr Grenadier is much more interested in "selling" bio/neuro feedback then she is in hearing what brought me to seek assistance from her or answer any of my questions. She was aloof, and never smiled. I left her office very frustrated after sitting there for an hour watching videos and having her describe a very attractive process for helping me only to find out how expensive it is. I will be sharing this with my health insurance company. Her intake could be considered deceptive. I'm a college student with a panic disorder and when she sprung the cost on me I felt devastated that her treatment was way out of my reach and she did not seem to care at all. In fact she treated the whole encounter like a sales call that simply didn't result in a sale. If you're sold on bio/neuro feedback and don't care about the practitioner or the cost then this may be for you...otherwise I can't endorse this office at all.

Although Dr. Grenadier is not a psychologist, she is a good clinician. If you pursue biofeedback or neurofeedback treatment with her practice, please be aware that these services are not covered by insurance and if billed could be considered insurance fraud and you could be responsible for your total bill.

I recently finished therapy with Dr. Grenadier, and to my pleasant surprise I feel so much better. Dr. Grenadier was very understanding and non-judgmental of my issues of my anxiety and marital problems. The office staff is also super helpful and kind, I recommend them!!!!
