The best pediatrician in Welland and possibly the region! Helped my two kids immensely! So kind and knowledgeable! He discovered my son had a heart murmur after 3 other doctors (two were from the St
Catharines hosptial I might add) DENIED hearing that my son even had one. An echocardiogram confirmed Dr. Al-Darazzi's diagnosis. He also helped my daughter with a chronic condition we discovered that she had and has pin pointed every ear infection, strep infection etc. in between and helped get them better and back on their feet in no time! He's honestly the best! We need more like him!

I wish i could base this review on the doctors performance and his ability to assist, but we never got to see him. Family Dr. was sent a letter stating that we had missed our initial appointment and that in order to reschedule we would have to pay a $75 fee. While i understand this is common practice with doctors as their time is money, that being said, i confirmed the phone number they had on record, which was correct, and then downloaded my entire call record from my cell provider and there was no call from their number, and even if they did happen to call from another number, there was no voice mail left. So while the doctor may be incredibly professional, the fact that they "schedule" an appointment, do not tell you about it, then tell your doctor you missed your appointment (which was labeled URGENT btw) is not only unprofessional at best, but borderlining on being a scam.

I am so grateful for Dr.Al-Darazi and his wonderful staff. The receptionists are always so friendly and accommodating. Dr.Al Darazi is so kind, and has an excellent bedside manner with children. My son is in his teens now, and Dr.Al-Darazi has seen him through a lot! Thank you so much!

Amazing doctor! Has been wonderful to both my children ages 2 &4. Very knowledgeable and makes them feel comfortable. Incredible assessment skills and nice that he’s always on time. Strongly recommend.

We were referred to Dr.Al-Darazzi through urgent care on a Friday morning and within an hour and a half of being discharged the Dr himself called us with questions and asked to see us before the office opened Monday. We left this appointment with a prescription to help with one of the issues and requests for further testing on others. Dr calls me with each result to touch base and inform me ahead of upcoming appointments. I have never had a doctor this informative and on top of my child's needs. His personality and communication with my child is amazing as well. He gets to know the child he is working with and listens to them. My child loves the visits. I love the way he takes my concerns serious and helps me understand each step we need to take.
