I called the after hours line for guidance after my 17 month old fell backwards off the couch, hitting his head, and vomiting. (I simply wanted to know what my threshold should be for taking him to the ER and if I should wake him to check on him at all since it was bedtime). She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and honestly treated me like I was stupid for calling. I myself am a physician assistant of 12 years in cardiac surgery and ironically I was on call myself that night...I certainly don’t speak to my patients or nurses that way when they call me at home. I would’ve appreciated the same courtesy. I will never see this woman in the office. Incredibly poor and disappointing for a practice I’ve been otherwise happy with.

We love doctor Jones. She has seen my twins since they were discharged from the NICU ! She has listened to my concerns and has never been disrespectful.

Seen her 5 minutes and she judged my 3 year old and said some rude things. Wouldn't even listen to what we had to say about WHY we was there. Refuse to go back to the office. Sucks for the other doctors because I heard they are wonderful but won't chance it as long as she is there. She is so rude and unprofessional its sickening.

Dr. Jones does not respect parents and is nothing but rude. She was our physician on more than one occasion and ultimately a huge part of the reason we left Tri-State Pediatrics. We were also unhappy with the fact that we were not able to schedule our check-ups months in advance and by the time we were able to make them, there were no spots available.

Avoid Dr Jones! She is one of those people that thinks the MD after her name makes her better than everyone else. There is just no reason to be so rude to people, especially people who are coming to you to heal their sick children.

I have had to deal with this "doctor" more than I ever wanted too. She is very unprofessional in her actions and even her attire. She's absolutely rude, unless you yourself are a doctor, and doesn't pay attention to anything you as the parent are trying to say. Horrible doctor!

We had this doctor once before, when my son was young, and vowed never again. Our 2nd experince was the same: she was rude, arrogant, and ignored what we were trying to tell her. I was extremely upset when I left.
