If it wasn't for Dr forage I do believe I would be in a wheel chair already I've been in severe pain since 2000 when I fractured my lower lumbar my migraines are finally gone thank Dr thank you

He is a great surgeon and a very nice person. He performed brain surgery on me after a bad fall on the roof of my head. His surgery allowed me to come back to normal and enjoy life again. He and Dr. Derek Duke have been partners for years. Dr. Forage would be my first choice for Head surgery.

After neck surgery with dr forage. 2 visits later..returned with disc and my feedback was how do u feel... I was told to return in 6 weeks for my lower back ...i will be finding a new doctor. This one could have cared less along with his rude desk clerk... I felt like your 3 minutes is up... So get out..i still have no feedback on my neck surgery.. Going else where

Dr Forage performed a microdiscectomy on Tuesday. I started walking with no pain or assistance 30 minutes after surgery. He has freed me from the constant pain I was in. Don't get me wrong, I am very sore at the surgery site but that can be expected. I think people should keep in mind that all they should worry about is that they are in capable hands. He seems very precise and to the point and quite frankly nothing matters to me but the fact that at only 33 I feel like I just got my life back. Thank you Dr Forage and staff!

Having Forage do my back surgery was a total mistake. Three years later and my pain is back and getting worse. I would not recommend him to remove a splinter from a finger. When he came in after the surgery with his PA Ryan (a wonderful person in a tough job) he stood by the door and never came into my room. That's the last I saw of him.

If I could leave negative stars I would,did spinal surgery and never once came in after? Left me with a large hernia due to his incompetence. Couldn't even get a follow up with him...he moved and took his assistant with him

Dr. Forage operated on my mother to remove a large brain tumor. The prognosis was poor. The presurgical consult was a shock. He was curt, flippant, and indifferent. Stared at the computer and typed. No effort made to answer our questions. He concluded very brief appointment by ushering us out the door to the scheduler's office. His last words were I'll be there to do the surgery tomorrow if I don't call in sick. My mother died 12 days after surgery. We saw Dr Forage immediately after the surgery to get his report but never saw the man again and his PA came once to our knowledge. If it wasn't for the hospitalist,we would have been in the dark on my mom's condition.
I caution other patients and their families. There must be other neurosurgeons in Vegas that are more caring or professional than this rude arrogant man.

This doctor/surgeon may be very good, however, his assistant Cassie is a pitbull. It's impossible to get a return call from her, even if it is an emergency. She even says on her voice mail that if you leave multiple messages, it will only delay her getting back to you. I have been waiting over one week, in unbearable pain, to hear back from her just to schedule a follow up visit because what he suggested the first time I saw him, did not work. I cannot believe that this woman is allowed to play with someone's life/health in this manner!!! This woman needs a serious lesson in humanity.
